The Unknown Adventure

You may be noticing that I have hair now…that I live and teach in a different style/form than I did for almost 30 years.  Actually the change from turban to hair was a long time in the making–about 8 years–as I’ve been moving into what I have at times thought of as the “Unknown Adventure of Me”.  It’s been alternately elating and panicking, but I’ve come to find the joy in all of it, at least most of the time!   A phrase of Abraham (Abraham-Hicks.com) that occurs to me often is that life is “perfect and getting more so every day.”  I find that liberatingly joyful any time I realize the truth of it.  A line from one of the songs I’ve done (Cozy album) comes to mind as well:  Nothing is Good or Bad.  Thinking is what makes it so.”
Another liberating idea!

Words can’t describe how much I admire and look up to you. Although miles away I considered you my teacher and your lessons pop up in my head everyday!

I hope in the midst of your “elating and panicking” adventure, you will be inspired to publish more yoga stories and DVDs!

Whatever you have up your sleeve, I’m always excited to see the fruits of your labor!

Shakta you are beautiful whatever way you choose. I think your radiant smile gleams with such a powerful glow, it would not matter what you would be wearing. I remember the first time I saw you in person, all I saw was your bright smile and felt your warm spirit. Best wishes to you and your new discoveries. I hope it turns out to be more than you could ever imagine. ; )
