Can’t locate your certificate from a past training? Use this link to purchase a re-issued certificate.
Once you purchase this item, complete the request form (link provided as a purchase note on your payment receipt). Please also email lisa@childrensyoga.com any supporting documentation including including written practicum comments from the trainer, a copy of an email confirming completion of the course requirements, or receipt for payment for the course.
Please allow two weeks for processing from the date you submit the form.
The re-issued certificate fee of $45 is non-transferable and non-refundable.
