Our typical day looks like this:

6:00 to 7:30 am: Daily yoga practice

7:30 to 8:30 am: Breakfast

8:30: 12:30 pm: Class time

12:30 to 2:00 pm: Lunch

2:00 to 6:30 pm: Class Time

6:30 to 7:30 pm: Dinner
