RCFY YOGA TEACHER TRAINING AND APPLICATION AGREEMENT
Section 1. Application / Interview.
Upon receipt of your completed and signed application/agreement, a phone interview with the Program Director, Shakta Khalsa, will be scheduled. Section 2. Payment.
To reserve your place at Radiant Child Family Yoga (RCFY) Teacher Training, a deposit of $600 US will be made online at www.childrensyoga.com, after speaking with the certification coordinator. Payment details will be discussed by certification coordinator after the acceptance into the training program.
Section 3. Cancellations.
If you wish to cancel your reservation you must notify RCY in writing either by email, fax, or postal service. Once we’ve received your notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following: if cancellation takes place before early registration deadline specified on the website, any payments made will be refunded minus $200 US administration fee. If cancellation takes place after the above date, you will not receive a refund, and any payments made will be credited towards future RCY training, minus $200 US administration fee.
Section 4. Health and Fitness Requirements.
You should be in good physical and mental health to participate in the Retreat. You are advised to consult with a physician to ensure that you are in adequate health to safely participate in the Retreat and Training. Additionally, RCY and Shakta Khalsa reserve the right in their absolute discretion to refuse a participant the right to participate in the Retreat based on apparent medical or fitness grounds.
Section 5. Cancellation Due to Training/Retreat Booking Numbers.
RCY reserves the right to cancel any Retreat and Training prior to departure in the event that there are too few people booked in which case you will be given a full refund of any and all payments made to RCY. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek any compensation for any injury, loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation (including but not limited to visa and passport fees and expenses, flights, flight cancellation and reservation fees, lodging fees and/or deposits).
Section 6. Changes, Postponement, Cancellation or Delay.
RCY reserves the right to make changes to any aspect of the Retreat and Training if, in the absolute discretion of RCY, it is necessary to do so due to conditions that may be hazardous or dangerous or due to any other adverse or threatening conditions such as weather, political, military, terrorist or otherwise or for any other reason considered necessary by RCY. If Shakta Khalsa is unable to lead the trip for any reason, RCY, in its discretion, will enlist another teacher of substantially similar qualifications to lead the Retreat and Training. In the event of any change, postponement, cancellation, or delay, you acknowledge that you will have no right of refund of the Retreat price in whole or in part and no right to claim compensation for any injury, loss or damage or other additional expenses incurred by virtue of the change, modification, cancellation, postponement or delay.
RCY also reserves, in its absolute discretion, the right to cancel any Retreat and Training due to any material change in any government travel warning or advisory. In this event, we will do all we can to transfer any payments you may have made to a future training with RCY.
