Amy Pfaelzer has been practicing yoga since 1995. Amy’s journey toward teaching children’s and Kundalini yoga began with the birth her own baby. Amy practiced pre-natal yoga throughout her pregnancy and then she and her new baby Grace attended a beautiful Mommy and Baby post-natal yoga class. When Grace was too old for Mommy and Me class, they began to attend a Mom and Tot yoga class for the next two years. Amy was inspired to see how thoroughly the little ones loved exploring yoga. As a former elementary school teacher, Amy knew she wanted to continue to work with children and combining her love for yoga with her commitment to children’s well-being would be a perfect match. Amy believes that sharing yoga with children when they are young gives them the foundation for a lifelong path to health, happiness and peace.
Amy is a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance, a certified Kundalini yoga teacher though the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association and holds a Master’s Degree in Education. Amy currently teaches Children’s Yoga, Parent and Tot Story-time Yoga, Teen and Adult Yoga classes in Clearwater, FL where she lives with her husband and two beautiful little girls (who also love to do yoga!) Amy is available to lead teacher trainings nationwide and internationally. For more information please visit her website, www.littleonesyoga.com.

Siri Mukta Kaur's yoga practice is with
children and their families. With a passion she assists to open the
hearts and minds of children, inspiring them to search deeper, seek
further and explore their own inner gifts.
After the birth of Oliver, her first child, in 1998, Siri Mukta sought a more natural, holistic and enjoyable way of combining parenting and work. Siri Mukta felt a deep need for programs to equip children to enjoy life through a strong sense of self and purpose, non-competitive exercise and skills to calm and encourage their natural radiance. She received her Kundalini Yoga teacher training with Guru Jivan Kaur (KRI approved - KYTANZ member). With Sonia Sumar she completed Yoga for the Special Child Level 1 training.
As a yoga practitioner for over 14 years, Siri Mukta continues to inspire others with yoga.
